Katie Del Balzo considers health and overall wellness to be vital parts of living. She finds a core of wellness in the balancing of mind, body and spirit, and she trusts yoga, pilates, nature walks and dance to be excellent sources of fitness and spirituality. By combining these elements in her busy day-to-day life, Katie is able to retain and encourage a steady, positive outlook toward her work and enjoy life to its fullest with her friends and family.
Katie lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia and earns her living as an Adjunct Professor of English at Saint Joseph’s University, where she previously earned her Bachelor's degree and her Master's degree in the field of writing. In addition, Katie is a dancer who regularly performs classical Indian dance, Bharatanatyam, at various venues in and around the city. She is also currently studying Middle Eastern belly dance here in Philadelphia.
