Elisa, 33, compares her style to Wonder Woman’s. Conservative suits by day for her day job (she’s a corporate lawyer), but when the time is right, she knows how to break out bright colors and jewelry. She is a ruthless editor of her closet, believes every woman should make a talented tailor or seamstress her best fashion friend, and will shop anywhere she sees something that catches her eye.

Her rules:

  • Know your body. Find what looks good on you, not on the hanger, in your favorite magazine, or on your best friend. With creativity, honesty and patience, everyone can look fabulous.
  • Celebrate your positives – find something you like about yourself when you look in the mirror and accentuate it.
  • Everything looks better with a smile, and confidence is the ultimate accessory. Even the most effortlessly beautiful woman can make herself unattractive by looking miserable.

Elisa is a life-long resident of the Philadelphia area. She holds a BA in French from Haverford College, a MA in French from Bryn Mawr College, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She lives in the Western suburbs with her husband. When not shopping, she loves to travel, try new restaurants, and go to museums and art galleries. She collects silk scarves, has a weakness for evening gowns, and would love to be able to dance in higher heels.
